How We Work

Start your order
Go to the Start Order page and fill out the form. Once received, we’ll send you a project number and shipping information. If your project requires a custom quote, send us all the details and we’ll respond!

Ship the products
Pack everything well and ship to our Trenton studio. We’ll notify you when we have received them and the products are in good order. Include your contact info, an items list and your project number.

Studio Time
We’ll confirm the shot list against the products received and contact you if we have any questions. Once payment is processed we schedule the session, turn on the lights and get to work.

Online Delivery
Once the project is complete and ready for upload we’ll send you a link to Dropbox folder with both the high and low resolution images. We recommend that you download a copy for your records. Once all is approved we’ll ship the products back to you with your UPS or FedEx account, or add the charges to the invoice.
